Aqua-Fit with vest is an effective and versatile workout for all ages and fitness levels that strengthens the entire body and improves endurance. The buoyancy of the water reduces the strain on the joints, which also makes the workout ideal for people with joint problems!

This sport is practiced on a special ergonomic underwater bike in the pool. Aqua bike helps to reduce stress and can support weight management. The full-body workout will improve your fitness level!

Lunges, planks, squats and HIIT... all while trying not to fall into the water. The challenge of keeping your balance on the Float-Fit Board improves coordination and balance enormously! It also strengthens not only the large muscle groups, but above all the very important inner muscles!
Mama-Fit
Mama-Fit
The Aqua-Fit course for mothers is an effective and versatile workout that strengthens the entire body and improves stamina. Exercising in the water compensates for muscular imbalances after pregnancy and childbirth and training in the water relieves the pelvic floor, which is often weakened after childbirth.

The course can be attended at the earliest 8 weeks after the birth.

Have fun and enjoy the fastest form of swimming - the crawl stroke
In this course you will not only learn the basics of crawl swimming, but also techniques that will help you to improve your performance.

Conditions:
- 30 meters breaststroke with correct breathing technique
- Keep your head under water
- Breathe out through your nose and mouth under water
- Glide through the water
- Alternate leg stroke

This course builds on the beginners' course. The crawl technique is consolidated and deepened and basic endurance is improved. The aim is to be able to swim 100-300 meters crawl with 3 breaths.
